DR. NURAEN T.H. DINDI
(PhD, LL.M, BL, ACIarb (UK), FICMC, CEDR International Accredited Mediator)
Dr. Nuraen Taiwo Hassan Dindi is a lawyer of over 38 years post call, a former Judge of a lower bench, an Islamic scholar of note, an Arbitrator and a Law teacher. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Islamic Law, he is a Fellow (FICMC) Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), Nigeria. He is a CEDR International Accredited Mediator certified by NCMG /CEDR, Geneva. He is an Associate Member Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (ACIarb) U.K. Dr Dindi is a member of International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), Nigeria branch. He was a Deputy Chief Registrar 1/Director, Abuja Multi-Door Courthouse (AMDC) Abuja. He is a Member, Panel of Neutrals- Abuja Chambers of Commerce and Industry Dispute Resolution Centre, and also a Member, Panel of Neutrals- Abuja Multi-Door Courthouse (AMDC), 2015 to-date.
At present, he is a senior lecturer and Head of Public and International Law Department in the Faculty of Law of Baze University, Abuja. He has facilitated a lot of workshops, conferences, seminars and presented papers on different aspects of human endeavors including law, arbitration and humanity both locally and internationally. He has to his credit over 30 Law journal publications and close to hundred paper presentations at different academic fora.
He is the author of a book titled: “Philosophy of War and Peace under Islamic Law”.
Barr Rukayat Saadu Dindi
RUKAYAT SAADU DINDI holds a Bachelor Degree in Law (Combined Hons) from the prestigious University of Ilorin, Nigeria and was admitted to Nigerian Bar in the year 2006.She has advised clients on PPP, Corporate Law, ADR, Islamic Finance, Islamic Estate
Management and Distribution and mentors 100s of lawyers. She sits on Boards of few Islamic Co-operative Societies, just to mention but a few. She is passionate about “Business-in-law”, Islamic Finance, Halal Economy, PPP practice, Trainings & Empowerment, amongst others. She is an astute Administrator, Certified Mediator, Certified Life Coach, Certified Islamic Co-operative and Shariah Compliant Practitioner, Islamic Finance Practitioner, Halal Economy Advocate, ADR Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, PPP Practitioner, PPD Specialist, Tech Enthusiast, etc. She just concluded her Master’s program from Nasarawa State University, Nigeria with dissertation titled: “Analysis of
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) under Islamic Law and its Application in Nigeria”. She is a fellow (designate) of Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals. She is currently pursing a fellowship course on Islamic Finance with AAOIFI, Republic of Bahrain.
She founded As-sakeenah Law Consult in 2008 where she provides Legal services & Consultancy. Her pursuit for lawyer’s welfare, capacity building and continuing professional development led to the Establishment of Pioneer Law Hub Ltd (PLH), the foremost Lawyer’s
Hub in Africa, in the year 2020. Shaping the future of Legal Practice and expanding theFinancial Corridor for Lawyers, PLH is presently leading the discussion Themed: “Law for Economic Growth and Sustainable Development” with a number of topics carefully curated
to enhance commercial values of her mentees and participants. As a certified Life Coach and Marriage Counsellor, Rukayat runs Awesome-minds Network for Life-Transforming Coaching and Pre-marital Counselling.

Mudathir Adesanya is an Islamic finance consultant and media CEO with a Master's degree in Islamic Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Crescent University, Abeokuta.
